I am 38 years old , have high bladder neck, using tamsulin, baclofen for last 2 years and mirabegron for 15 days. dont want to go for bni , worrying abt post residual volume i.e. 158ml, sometimes leakage occur or movement of drop in urethra, advice?

You have a choice. Either stay on the the medicine and be checked frequently for residual urine or have the procedure which, if the diagnosis is right has a very high chance of cure and of being off any medicine. Some people have retrograde ejaculation after that.. which you probably have due to tamsulosin. Think about these pros and cons and decide. Hope you do well
