ER for CT/xrays: If you experienced unconsciousness even for a brief interval, it would be best to be seen by a physician right away. You may need a head CT to rule out trauma-related problems such as bleeding and swelling. At the ER, they can also prescribe pain medications as necessary. It must have been a significant blow to the head to cause neck, shoulder, and spine pain, too.
