Yes and no: As long as you are taking in adequate fluids to pee at least every 6 hours and are able to function well, you can probably listen to your body and let it "reset" your appetite to match your new circumstances.Multiple small balanced snacks over the day may do the trick rather than feeling you must follow a regular meal pattern.
