A member asked:

What is antidote for digitalis toxicity?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

The $$$$ Digibind (digoxin immune fab)..: Digitalis has been in used for many years...Started in ancient time (the foxglove plant)--and can useful in select patients. Since we have other medical options, digitalis is not that frequently used these days--but we still do. In case of acute/severe toxicity, Digibind (digoxin immune fab) is an antidote available for use, but it is an expensive medication. Consult your doc...Good luck.
