Renal impairment: Digoxin toxicity usual results from kidney impairment as digoxin is really cleared provided reasonable doses are used. Toxicity can result in arrythmias, visual changes, etc. Digibind (digoxin immune fab) is the treatment but can only done once in a persons lifetime.
