What are the alternatives to digoxin for af and ccf? dr lipkin has stated there are better alternatives. i believe my dad has digoxin toxicity with confusion and blurred vision but have been told his blood levels are okay. thank you?

In presistent A Fib digoxin has been safely used for rate control for many years monitoring digoxin levels. While your dad doesn't have digoxin toxicity, he may have side effects. However, having been a digoxin prescriber for very many patients, I've never encountered those side effects.
