i am on zoloft (sertraline) for 4 months now. i have been on 200mg daily for last 10 weeks. i am 3 weeks late for my period and not pregnant. can zoloft (sertraline) do this ?

Yes: Zoloft (sertraline) is known to INFREQUENTLY cause menstrual disorders including causing women to miss periods (amenorrhea)
