Zoloft (sertraline) can cause: Breast enlargement, tenderness ; secretion of milk. However, can't say that this is the cause. Please seek medical evaluation for these symptoms.

See your doc: Some psychiatric medication, antidepressants and atypical neuroleptic medications, rarely can increase prolactin, which can lead to in irregular periods, lactation, tender breasts and firm, enlarged nipples. But you need a blood test to confirm elevated prolactin level and, if so, subsequent diagnostic radiology testing to confirm it is not from another cause. Call and see your doctor.
