Can zoloft (sertraline) impact your menstrual cycle? 5 days late, pregnancy impossible.

Impossible: Zoloft (sertraline) should not have any effect on your hormonal functioning and therefore should not be able to delay your period. However, it is not impossible for stresses in your life, including depression, to have an effect on the timing of your periods. Make sure that you continue to maintain a healthy mindset and lifestyle.
