Can zoloft (sertraline) cause missed periods? i take 100 mg daily, i'm 21 years old, and had a baby 5 months ago. i've been taking zoloft (sertraline) for 7 months now.

No: If you are breast feeding your baby, your missed periods are likely due to breastfeeding. Also if you are taking a continous birth control pill such as the mini pill or micronor (norethindrone).

No it should not: Check if you are pregnant again. If not there are many reasons you could miss periods, zoloft (sertraline) is an unlikely candidate at this time.
