Complex problem: Your zolft dose may need adjusting, failing which a different medication may need to be considered. However, because you are pregnant your md must be consulted before any changes are made. If you are seeing a non psychiatrist discuss getting a referral to one. Then, you will have a psychiatrist and your OB working together on your treatment plan.
