Need to follow up: With the surgeon who operated on you, as there could be a stitch abscess/deep soft tissue infection or hernia or fluid collection at the wound site or something even deeper inside the abdomen. It may just be that some of the superficial nerves that were damaged during the initial incision are a bit hyperactive. Again you'll be best suited by a formal evaluation by your surgeon.

"Probably OK": Sorry for the "indefinite answer" This is probably OK and the pain may be from some cutaneous (skin) nerves cut during the operation. "Dry heat" (Heating Pad) may helpIf not try ice. If pain persists check it out with the surgeon who performed the surgery. You should have a follow-up appointment with him/her!
