I had an appendectomy two days ago on an appendix that was not bursted. i have sharp pains in my stomach and back with swelling what could it be?

Pain after surgery: It is usually normal to have pain after a surgical procedure but if the pain is severe and associated with other type of abdominal issues you should be checked immediately in order to rule out post surgical infections or complications.
