Vaginal bulging: A cystocele is a type of pelvic organ prolapse which can cause symptoms of vaginal pressure and fullness. In some cases, you can actually see the vaginal wall bulging through the opening of the vagina. It varies.: Many times a cystocele is asymptomatic. When there are symptoms the most common are a mass bulging into or through the vaginal opening, pelvic pressure or discomfort, and a variety of bladder symptoms.
