Diaphragm?: For a 30 year old woman, you might want to consider a diagram or pessary. Properly placed pessaries are easy to take care of and can often alleviate the incontinence associated with mild pelvic floor dysfunction. I certainly would hate to proceed to surgery in a woman in your age group for a lifelong problem. Exhaust your conservative therapies first.

Colporrhaphy: The bladder can be elevated back into the normal anatomic position via surgery. Often, the uterus and rectum are falling as well. If the only repair is o the bladder, the failure rate can be quite high. After completion of childbearing, complete vaginal repairs in conjunction with a hysterectomy is generally the most effective treatment.
