Don't know: Although ketamine or special K has been used to treat chronic pain it also cause a dissociative reaction. Even members of the drug culture recognize it harmful effects. For those reasons I simply don't use it

Ketamine : Ketamine suppositories are manufactured in a 30 mg dosage. Alternatively, a compounded suppository with ketamine, lidocaine, and Neurontin (gabapentin) may be more effective for pudendal neuralgia. Compounding pharmacies can make these suppositories with multiple medications.
