I suspect pudendal neuralgia. drs disagree because the pain is throughout, not strictly 1 side. is it possible 1 side could cause referred pain? 35/m

Not likely: These nerves do not cross the midline, so having pain referred from one anatomic side to another really wouldn't make sense. It is possible you could have similar problems on both sides or a problem higher up.

Bilateral: It is possible to have pudendal neuralgia on both sides or it could be from a higher source in the nerve pathway. www.pudendalhope.info pudendalassociation.org
