Im at a cross road now ...i don't believe i should go on bcps yet because i don't have menapausal symptoms. was prev misdiagnosed for over 4mnts. just cautious now. i think i cud have pudendal neuralgia. how can both conditions be confirmed?

Best approach would be to see OB-Gyn conversant with pelvic floor pathology. Many physical therapists also can perform successful therapeutic interventions using "pelvic floor therapy". This should hopefully help. A virtual consult here at HT may add further understanding.
