Maybe: There are lots of possible causes for pudendal neuralgia, so whether it can be cured depends on the cause. It can sometimes be a challenge to find the most effective treatment for PN but the good news is that there are a range of treatment options available. There's lots of great info on the following website http://www.pudendalhope.info. Good luck!

Treat underlying: cause: trauma, inflammation, infection or neuritis. Pudendal block with cortisone/ lidocaine would be a last resort. See your GYN for a pelvic exam and ultrasound.

Treated: depends on the cause of it, if its due to a local compression then potentially could be but if idiopathic then only symptomatic treatment with no cure
