Treat underlying: cause: trauma, inflammation, infection or neuritis. Pudendal block with cortisone/ lidocaine would be a last resort. See your GYN for a pelvic exam and ultrasound.

Treated: depends on the cause of it, if its due to a local compression then potentially could be but if idiopathic then only symptomatic treatment with no cure
