Would oxycodone relieve nerve pain? particularly pudendal neuralgia?

Yes and No: Short answer is that any opiate or narcotic, oxycodone, hydrocodone, morphine etc, will help just about any pain. But one develops rapid tolerance to such drugs and in time they become less effective. Most all neuralgias are much more effectively treated with more "nerve specific" meds like Gabapentin and carbamazepine.

Better choices: As was said there are better options than percet.

Not great: Recent studies have shown that chronic use of narcotic pain medicines could actually worsen pain by triggering and increasing inflammation.
