Insect bites: The picture is too small to see the details. If he has not been to the woods or to areas where deer ticks are not expected, and he tested negative for Lyme disease already, you shouldn't worry about it. Treat these locally with good soap and water washing and a local antibiotic cream or ointment such as Polysporin, (bacitracin and polymyxin) Neosporin.
