How much azithromycin would be advisable to take after 3months of unresponsive doxycycline to treat infection/ orchitis? what about cipro/ quinolone?

Questionable abx: Doxycycline or arithromycin are not commonly used antibiotics for orchitis as penetration of the abx is poor. Typically treat with cipro (ciprofloxacin) x 2 weeks and re-evaluate. It is not uncommon to require a full month of treatment.
