No stroke.: Probably no need to worry about a stroke. The signs are unilateral weakness not bilateral. If the cramping and or weakness persists or worsens please seek physician consult to rule out other medical problems. The number 1 cause of cramping is dehydration so try increasing your fluid intake with water or sports drinks like Gatorade, G2 or something similar. Good luck.
