Yes plastic surgery: A rhinoplasty is a cosmetic procedure usually to change or improve the appearance of the nose. It can also help in the overall functioning of the nose, helping with airflow. A septoplasty is a functional procedure used to correct the nasal septum and improve the air passage in the nose. A septoplasty does not normally change the appearance of the nose.

Rhinoplasty: If you have difficulty breathing or you snore while sleeping, you may be a candidate for a procedure known as a septoplasty. When the dividing wall between the nasal passages is crooked, it can obstruct the airways and make it more difficult for you to breathe. Rhinoplasty improves the appearance of the nose by altering the size, width, tip, etc.
