Is it possible that i am still healing from a septoplasty and sinus surgery after 8 months?

Healing: Possibly. Depending on if you have other health issues, you may still be healing at this point. Most of the healing is done after the first few months but occasionally some swelling my continue to resolve up to a year and scars will remodel for a year after surgery.
