You re correct: In that s1q3t3 is normally noticed in people with pulmonary embolism; however that's only in about 10 % of the population. It's right heart strain. If a Ddimer is neg. chances are that you do not have a thrombus. However, you will need to see a cardiologist as it could also mean a left ant. Fascicular block. See your cardio for a thorough explanation. The writing space is limited.
