A member asked:

Is it possible my "s1q3t3" ecg result was wrong? all other ecg tests were normal, doctors don't seem concerned.

S1Q3T3: The criteria is often thought to suggest "right ventricular strain" & has thus typically been thought to be associated with pulmonary embolism. However, the EKG finding itself is very non-specific, and must be taken into context with all of the history, exam findings, and lab tests. It can even be normal, or a "red herring" within the diagnosis. See cardiologist for full discussion.
