Normal weight: the ideal body weight for 5'9''' is 145 - 160 if you want to loose weight i do not think diet pills as the way to go. They only work for a short period of time and depending on the pill may be harmful if used very long. You can loose weight by decreasing your calorie intake and increasing your activity.
