Low carb: The quickest way to lose weight is to follow a very low carb diet and exercise daily. Ten kg is not too much and you should reach your goal fairly easily. Once you get there you can add higher quality carbs back in slowly. If you do high intensity exercise with which includes strength training and cardio intervals you can get good workout in only 30 min.

Weight loss: To lose weight insure that calories burned > calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water per day. Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables ; 4 servings of fruit per day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid sodas, alcohol ; junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic ; weight lifting exercises.
