Regular periods: Periods occurring at intervals up to 35 days are considered normal. If you have signs of male hormone excess, or have polycystic appearing ovaries, a family history of diabetes, or are obese, you may consider speaking to your physician to determine if you are likely to have PCOS. BTW: HealthTap, the correct term is PCOS, not PCOD. This is a syndrome and not a disease.
