Should be able to: Women in their 20's and 30's, who have regular periods, and who have not had problems getting pregnant in the past, are all presumed to be fertile... until a problem is seen, such as no pregnancy after 9-12 months of having lots of sex every month. Generally, not to worry unless a problem pops up.
