Pregnancy ?: At 22, it is probable that pregnancy will occur on your "first try", but remember that if you have not previously been pregnant, the miscarriage rate is higher with "first pregnancies". IUI is not always successful, since sperm washing must occur prior to insemination, resulting in sometimes a low sperm count. Btw, "gender selection" by this method is not always certain.
