I have pcos and have not been able to fall pregnant for 10 years, i conceived naturally 13 years ago, but nothing since i have since january this year, been having a regular period every month, but still have not conceived?

PCOS ?'s: If your cycles are now "regular" , and your last pregnancy as "13 years ago", your first option would be to make sure your tubes are open, and talk to your gyn physician about a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) which is a brief procedure injecting sterile liquid into the tubes to clear them of debris, the leading cause of infertility in women with previous pregnancies.
