Chest pain: Characterize the chest pain clearly please; where, how extended; what triggers it; what relieves it; is it like heartburn; is it posterior or anterior; does food bring it on; do you have acid excess? have you had ECHO?

Worry makes it worse: Many variables can give us clues to the cause of chest pain: location, intensity, characterization, associated symptoms..all questions I'm sure you've been asked .. and answered. You have had negative work-up. What are you worried about? That it is your heart? Why ... do you smoke? At your age I believe you can be reassured that it is not life-threatening and work on your anxiety. Breathe deeply:)
