Chronic intermittent & unilateral nature suggests non-inflammatory ligament disorders, possibly related to Hypermobility w. Costochondritis & tennis elbow & wrist tendinitis. Rheumatologist is best specialist to see. Unfortunately, the diagnoses suggested are not able to be discerned by X-rays. Small localized cortisone shots might prove the diagnosis. Oft x’s mother has history of fibromyalgia.
