23yo male. virtually constant dull chest pain in left side and left forearm and wrist. gets worse periodically. doesn't worsen with exercise. had ecg and blood pressure test with normal results. had issue for roughly a year?

Chronic intermittent & unilateral nature suggests non-inflammatory ligament disorders, possibly related to Hypermobility w. Costochondritis & tennis elbow & wrist tendinitis. Rheumatologist is best specialist to see. Unfortunately, the diagnoses suggested are not able to be discerned by X-rays. Small localized cortisone shots might prove the diagnosis. Oft x’s mother has history of fibromyalgia.
