Sleep problems: It's not uncommon for children to have sleep disturbances, especially during periods of change. Does he actually wake up or is he still asleep during this? If he's not awake (even if standing up or eyes open- if he's not responding to you), don't wake him. It's a "night terror" which is a sleep problem, but he isn't aware, and won't remember. Just calm him quietly and let him fall asleep again.
