Keep an eye on it: It may be transient especially if it is around your cycle time. Also if you feel a lump or if pain does not go away then get t looked at. Consider mammo and us to eval.

Need attention: Tingling mainly means "neuropathy" which could be due to impingement of a nerve root to any other damages. It can happen due to hypothyroidism, low vitamin b12, thiamin or even ms. See a doctor.
