You probably: have an ear infection, either middle or outer ear. You will probably need antibiotics, so get to a doctor for treatment.

Get checked: Consider getting a smartphone device such as Cellscope which can show whats going on in your ear by taking pictures. Without an exam its going to be impossible to identify the ailment. Good luck and please get checked out
