Decongestant: If you are indeed have headaches from fluid or mucus from inflammation in the sinuses, a first line of treatment is some type of decongestant. This helps to "dry up"the sinuses and decreases the pressure from the fluid on the sensory cells in the sinus. If this still does not improve, you should see an ENT specialist to examine your sinuses and maybe drain them via surgery.
