He's a aches???: Headaches??? This would be unexpected from a course of amoxicillin, but it is common to have a sinus infection along with an ear infection, but would expect persistent sinus congestion. If you have been tense, clenching teeth, the jaw joint in front of ear gets inflamed and causes ear pain and headaches. Some people with migraine may react to meds unexpectantly. If persist, see your doctor.
