Is hiv blood test accurate after 2 years and 3 months? i mean is it 100%? ... like maybe there are careless doctors or mistakes happen in labs? is it?

Accurate: It is not feasible to say that there is no chance that of an error. If the test was done at an accredited lab and it was negative two years after an exposure, it is reliable. If you have any doubt you may get yourself retested at a different lab.
