Hi doctor i cant get over that my hiv 4th gen test is negative at 10 months after exposure,im having thought that theyre false negative my exposure was 5/25/22 and my last test was 4/12/23 lab test blood from vein was negative all test were 4thgen?

Presumably you have been advised by your own doctors, and perhaps in online forums, that your HIV test results so long after exposure are 100% reliable. Assuming you have had reasoned advice on this, that you "can't get over" your worry about HIV is a psychological issue, not a medical one. It isn't normal to remain fearful after repeated, reasoned, science based advised. Consider counseling.
