Physical therapy: try some mild pain reliever- over the counter like ibuprofen or alleve. Also, snroll in physical therapy program- get referral fr your doc.

Time for a visit: The majority of patients with scoliosis have no associated pain. Pain by itself can cause changes on xray that mimic scoliosis.It is time you had your back issues reviewed by an orthopedist who works with the issue on a regular basis. Then a proper plan for therapy can be devised.
