Yes: It is hard to be sure as the scoliosis makes the predictions less accurate. Without scoliosis, your predicted genetic height would be 5'7", yet most girls have quit growing by 17 and if your growth centers are closed you are done. An xray of your wrist and hand can be used to see if you could grow more, but i would not expect much.

Probably not: Most women complete their growth at about the age of 13-14, which also corresponds to about 2 years after the onset of menses. It would be unusual for a 27 year old woman to grow anymore. You are probably skeletally mature.
