Probably not...: It depends on the amount of vitamin D and calcium in the supplemental doses. Discuss this with your regular doctor and they will be able to tell you an appropriate dose to take. There are other factors to consider, such as your vitamin d level and medical history. Also, take a look at the amounts of each in the multivitamin and other supplements. This will make your discussion more productive.
