See doctor: Drowsiness can be associated with Cipro (ciprofloxacin), (ciprofloxacin) but I would also be concerned that the extreme lethargy might be related to the underlying infection. A urinary tract infection responding to treatment with Cipro (ciprofloxacin) should be significantly improved by now, so please see your doctor for follow up examination. If you have fever, vomiting, confusion or feel like you have the flu, seek medical attention right away
