On cipro for bladder infection (and assumed kidney infection due to kidney pain). todays acr and gfr tests are good but ionized calcium is 5.2 and phosphorus is 4.4. are these concerning levels?

Those numbers are on the high side of normal which may be present when your body volume is low. Furthermore, lab result variation is common. If your doctor suspect anything, the test will be repeated for confirmation. You should not concern too much.
