Back pain: If the surgery is recent, then scar tissue is far from the cause of the back pain. It is most likely the position of the stirups during surgery that can cause some back pain after surgery. Especially if surgery was a long one. Anyone who has their legs in that position will have some back discomfort after surgery. If it persists, and over the counter meds don't help. See your physician for tremet.
