Probably: The vagina has many bumps and wrinkles. If you havent had a pelvic exam recently, then get this checked out to make sure it isnt something new

Vaginal irregularity: You can sometimes feel the edges of the skin where sutures [stitches] were placed to close the end of the vagina. If these bumps are painless and have been there a long time, they are probably where the tissue was sewn together. If the bumps are new, they may represent irritation or an infection and you should have a medical professional examine you.
