What happens the body when whiplash goes untreated?

Studies show improve: Studies in Europe show that the process is generally self limited to 1-2 years of pain which resolves. Patients become functional once again. In other words, good prognosis is the rule. In the US those numbers don't hold up which may be due to many things....but in my opinion? One of the reasons is because cases aren't required to be filed in court for 2 years after the accident in most states

The most important: factor in the recovery from a typical whiplash injury is sufficient passage of time (and avoidance of re-injury) There are things that might accelerate recovery like physiotherapy, massage, ultrasound, NSAIDS, and muscle relaxants.
